BOARD OF DIRECTORS / Recruitment Overview
Working for Women is recruiting professionals to join its Board of Directors and play an active role in growing the organization.
Working for Women (W4W) partners with carefully vetted nonprofits that support women who are economically marginalized and connects them to businesses that provide financial and skill-based capital to create an ecosystem of impact.
In 2023 we have programs in four metro regions, a growing network of 25+ business members and 7 nonprofit partners; a team of 2.5 FTEs, nine dedicated Board Directors, and a 5-star rating on Great Nonprofits.
“Working for Women is revolutionizing the way socially responsible businesses support worthy nonprofits. In our increasingly digital and purpose-driven world, Working 4 Women builds a bridge between businesses and nonprofits… Beth and her team are thorough in their nonprofit and business vetting process, thoughtful in the partnerships and programs they help facilitate, and are deeply committed to building a world where more women can move from surviving to thriving. The world has never needed an organization like Working for Women more, and I’m so proud to be a small part of it.”
