This year, Connecting Women to Jobs in Tech is reaching new heights—thanks to the dedication of our participants and our trusted partner, Career Circle, along with our investors’ support! This year, Working for Women has deepened its investment to ensure that more women have access to the tools, connections, and confidence they need to make their next move.

We launched our first cohort in 2025 with 39 women, all of whom are actively engaged in their career journeys. From earning Google Professional Certificates to creating personalized career profiles and working with our Customer Success Manager for one-on-one coaching and career mapping—these women are putting in the work to build their futures.

And the momentum is growing. On May 6, a second cohort will launch, expanding our reach to 60 women—triple the participation from last year. 

But our support doesn’t stop at certification. Connecting Women to Jobs goes further by offering individualized recruiting support—walking alongside each woman until she lands a meaningful job.

Connecting Women to Jobs in Tech is about opening doors—and walking beside participants as they walk through them.
