Jeannine Carpenter

Our #WCW this week is Jeannine Carpenter, Director of Research & Policy at the Women’s Fund of Greater Chattanooga. Over the past 4 years she has worked as the only policy specific staff across all the Women’s Funds in TN, successfully advocating and moving critical pieces of legislation through its State Legislature. Her impact ranges from the capital to the classroom, as Jeannine is truly an educator at heart. Jeannine has spearheaded initiatives such as internship programs, providing resources to women who want to learn about the Women’s Fund’s work, and partnerships with local schools.

Jeannine is the engine behind the work and impact of the Women’s Fund of Greater Chattanooga. Every pillar of their work, from advocacy to philanthropic impact, is driven by her ability to champion their priorities and mission, while also creating and nurturing meaningful relationships with community partners. Her drive and passion are inspiring to those sharing in the mission to eliminate barriers for women which is why she is our #WCW this week!
