About Working for Women

Working for Women (W4W) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to helping women from marginalized communities reach financial independence. We connect women with employment opportunities, invest in their training and education, and advocate for the removal of barriers hindering their progress in the workplace.

We proudly manage the Invest in Women Fund, which channels resources from businesses and individuals into initiatives fostering women’s economic mobility. We offer opportunities for skill-based volunteering, allowing  employees to contribute their expertise towards advancing our mission while developing their skills to enhance their career and company.

By partnering with established nonprofit organizations nationwide, we amplify our collective impact and create lasting change. Together, we are working for women.
