W4W is creating a community of businesses, nonprofits and strategic partners committed to helping more women enter and stay in the workforce – attaining financial independence. Together we are elevating awareness around the impact created for all of society when we empower and elevate marginalized women. We are broadening the discourse and attracting more resources devoted to helping more women enter and stay in the workforce.
