W4W joins the Women’s Wealth Gap Network

Today is All Women’s Equal Pay Day, the day that marks how far into 2021 women had to work on average to earn what men on average earned in 2020. Women work 82 more days than the average man to earn equal pay.

This average doesn’t tell the whole story of the economic inequality that women face, however. Women of color, disabled women, trans women, undocumented women, formerly incarcerated women, and moms as compared to dads, all face much wider pay gaps.
