Investing in Women’s Growth, Leadership, and Economic Mobility

Working for Women is proud to continue our partnership with the Conferences for Women in 2026, joining the nation’s largest network of events dedicated to advancing women in their careers, leadership, and lives.

This year, our partnership extends across four premier events:

• Texas Conference for Women
• Pennsylvania Conference for Women
• Massachusetts Conference for Women
• National Conference for Women

Together, these conferences bring together tens of thousands of women annually to learn from world-class leaders, build meaningful connections, and gain practical tools to navigate today’s evolving workplace.

At Working for Women, we believe that when women have access to knowledge, networks, and opportunity, the impact extends far beyond the individual. Stronger careers lead to stronger families, stronger workplaces, and stronger communities. The Conferences for Women create spaces where women can invest in themselves, expand their perspectives, and connect with others who share their ambitions and aspirations.

A Shared Commitment to Women’s Success

Working for Women’s mission is to help women achieve economic independence through employment opportunities, education, skill development, and access to supportive networks.

The Conferences for Women share a commitment to empowering women with the knowledge, confidence, and connections they need to thrive professionally and personally. Through this partnership, we are helping connect our community to experiences that foster growth, leadership, and possibility.
